Customer ReviewsI just want to say Jason and the Burbank Auto Doctor shop is a place of integrity. After getting ripped off 3 times for a problem that was never fixed from previous mechanicS, I went to Jason without telling him much about the situation to see if he would rip me off too BUT they didn't! They fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Not only that, but they are upfront about the cost and procedures. They deliver on time and they warranty their work :) Grace L. Ben is top notch. He and his team know their stuff and are trustworthy and reliable. He communicates repairs clearly and his prices are reasonable. Burbank Auto Doctor is the only place I'll take my cars. I have had reason to take my car into Ben at Burbank Auto Doctor several times over the last couple of years and I like to think of myself as his favorite client - but I'm sure most people feel this way after he has taken care of your car. My first phone call to the shop, on a recommendation, was an experience of the customer service ethic that is rare and hard to come by. But you don't realize how much so until you experience it here. Top notch, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. I had recently just come to the shop for a repair - fully expecting to leave it off and be car-less for the day. But in his fashion, he took time to diagnose the problem, nailed it, and was able to repair it on the spot - saving me countless dollars on bad diagnoses, inflated repair work - and time. It just doesn't get better than this. I've even worked with other mechanics in his shop, in particular, Jason - and you find that this level of top-notch service is the mantra of the shop and it gives you hope that although need car repairs is never a fun thing, you have a way to turn that into a happy ending. I was told that the place is a new business and used to be called Salerno Auto Air.. but now is under new ownership by Ben Galusha, the former Manager of Midas in Burbank... 110%. They're honest, well knowledge in all cars, very friendly, AND do a great job at getting me reasonable
prices for replacement parts. I've gotten anywhere from oil change to rebuild there. My wife goes there
for her car, and so does many of my friends now. Ben T. Just had a 100,000 mile service on my Ford 350 Super Duty. Talked to Jason who told me what needed to be
done and the cost. Had the truck done as promised. Ben has a very good staff and will be the only shop to
work on my truck. will recommend this hop to anybody who asks. I have trusted Ben with all of my car maintenance and repair needs for almost
twenty years. When you find someone that you can really trust with your car you really have to hang onto to
